InGaAs PD Module

The Mini-Package Balanced Photodetector integrates two matched ultra-low noise analog PIN detectors with a low-noise broadband transimpedance amplifier. It effectively reduces common-mode noise in signals and improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the system.
