ATS9628 is a 250 MS/s 16-bit PCI Express waveform digitizer.

With fixed dc-coupled input range of ±1.25 V and signal to noise ratio of 69 dB, ATS9628 is an ideal solution for applications that require high dynamic range with dc coupling.

ATS9628 is a four-lane PCI Express (PCIe x4) Gen 2 card, which supports up to 1.6 GB/s bus throughput.
